Asthma symptoms can worsen in the morning, but there are simple things you can do to help kickstart your day with minimal asthma symptoms.3–6

GETTING GOOD SLEEP WITH ASTHMA

Asthma symptoms can also worsen at night, which can disrupt your sleep.7 Fortunately, measures can be taken to help prepare yourself and your room for a good night’s sleep.

ASTHMA AND EXERCISE

Even if exercise triggers your asthma symptoms, you don’t need to avoid it. There are many ways to stay active with asthma – in fact, exercise can help improve asthma control.6,8,9
